Shan is the Principal of Wildmor Advisors where he specializes in corporate and strategic planning. Prior to founding Wildmor Advisors in 2005, Shan was a leading broker at CBRE and Trammell Crow Company. He has developed relationships with economic development professionals around the country which has given him insight into solving complex issues as well as an understanding of corporate savings through locational and labor analytics. His expertise in the Atlanta market runs deep with asset managers, ownership entities, and developers. This translates into detailed market intelligence for clients to make better decisions. Shan works with corporations in overall planning and financial analysis to optimize portfolio performance. Shan has worked with many industries including financial, media, hospitality, medical, legal, distribution and accounting firms. He has done real estate transactions in over 130 markets nationally along with international transactions in 19 countries. Wildmor Advisors has a national transactional volume of over $2 billion.
