multi-purpose venue project

The Challenge:

Built on the campus of a private school, this project is an 82,000 sf multi-purpose venue.  The facility can host a number of events utilizing a complex audio visual package that can host school chapels and top national performers.  The project consisted of coordinating multiple consultants including audio visual, furniture, kitchen, banquet, seating, sport equipment, and lighting. Wildmor’s Project Management team has managed over $65 million of spend on behalf of this Private School in the Greater Atlanta Area ranging in scope from classrooms, laboratories, theater and arts, master planning, athletic facilities, landscaping and hardscape design.  The end result of this complex allows it to be used for regional and state sporting events as well as concerts.

All projects required extensive planning and scheduling in order to not interfere with the student’s normal school day.  The client was able to keep interactive learning while projects were completed around the student’s schedule.
