The Challenge:

Our team was tasked with helping our client rightsize their operations in Atlanta while meeting a challenging deadline and focusing on enhancing the employee experience.  

The Solution:

The first step was to work with stakeholders from each department to understand their current utilization and build out a workplace strategy focused on supporting their company culture and optimizing their workflow.   

After an exhaustive search of the market, our team identified a high tech plug n play sublease with adjacent space that met every requirement and then some.  

By integrating our  Project Manager upfront to develop comprehensive pricing, Wildmor was able to negotiate a targeted Tenant Improvement package.  Our Project Manager value-engineered the build-out delivering the space on time and meeting the budget.  

The sublease provided an opportunity to do a phased-in move allowing for flexibility and significant cost savings.
